STEELAB (M) SDN. BHD. was set up on 23rd May 2003 in Malaysia as a manufacturer / specialist of Laboratory Furniture Design & Consultancy. However our history in this 'metal' furniture business dates back to 26 July 1993. When we originally started as T.A. Progress Sdn. Bhd. and on 6 December 1999 change to C & C Servco (M) Sdn. Bhd. This was yet a further transitional switch over from our original business back in the early 80's when we started as a small operation in Singapore specializing in laboratory furniture manufacture, but in conventional 'wood' type only.

Quality products had always been uppermost in our minds in meeting with the requirements of the industry as time progresses. With that comes durability to overcome wear and tear usage and after years of research and feasibility studies, we embarked upon the 'metal' furniture concept, the advantages of which over 'wood' is obvious.

Practicality in design is the other prime consideration, and this is where our modular concept in the cabinetry systems was created. Regardless of whether the cabinet system is suspended, mobile type on castors, or free standing, which we all manufacture, we are proud to have created the furniture systems for the market which easy to install, easy to move and easy to maintain.

For a pleasant working environment for the users, our furniture comes in a range of pleasant colors for the users to choose from. Complaints of a 'boring' environment will now be a thing of the past as users have a chance of creating their own conducive atmosphere to work in with these color choice we are offering.

Our manufacturing facilities are all in-house right from the raw metal sheets to the finished powder coated products with our full range of machineries.

Besides, we also offer expert consultancy services and advise right from the setting up to customers' requirement based on a initial bare laboratory layout plan to final complete details in designs and drawings on computer as we have a professional customers' service back up team for this purpose.

Our proven track record over the years had seen us expand our market to East Malaysia and other countries such as Brunei and Hong Kong and we are confident our international market share will grow in due course, given our direction and objectives to achieve in this business.
