1.2510 Alloy Tool Steel also named Oil-Hardened Steel

Applications:
1. Widely applied in fabrication of blanking die, punching die, bending die and bumishing die with the thickness of not more than 8mm;
2. 1.2510 Hot Rolled Cold Work Tool Steel widely applied in fabrication of gauges, measuring tools, woodwork cutters and lathe thimble, etc;
3. Also widely applied in fabrication of guiding bush, thimbie, screwing dies and taps, etc.

Delivery Condition:
Annealed ≤ 230HB

Standard and Grade:
AISI O1, ASSAB DF-2, DIN 1.2510, JIS SKS3

1.2510 Alloy Tool Steel Features:
1. Vacuum refining, with pure steel quality;
2. Spheroidal annealing to soften the tissue for easy cutting and processing;
3. Very high hardness in case of quenching;
4. Very good size stability after tempering;
