This bottling sealing production line is used for filling high viscous material into rigid bottle and sealing automatically, ensuring high accuracy and easy changeover.

1. Assembled with 8 heads nozzle filler, screw capper and conveyer belt. Operation in automatic filling, automatic caps fixing and capping.

2. The filling machine adopts Germany FESTO pneumatic elements and Japan Mitsubishi PLC control parts, performance is stable.

3. The capping machine can accommodate various sizes and styles of closures.

4. The contact material parts are 316L stainless steel.
