1. Equipment Structure:
Teppanyaki is contained of mainframe,surrounding decoration,fumes purifier and air blower.
2. Working Principle
Heating the iron plate via gas (coal gas, LPG or natural gas) or aluminum heater to operating temperature; adjusting the temperature via gas controller or digital temperature controller and air valve.

Liquid gas: 0.98kg/Hr

4. Iron plate material
The iron plate was made out of import alloy steel and it has been processed by surface grinding attrition treatment. In addition, it has 20~30mm thickness which guarantees neither deformation nor fading.

Air Volume: 2500 m3/Hr Each speed: 12m/s
The air hose can be extended to outdoor if necessary.
