Auto cage loader machine for filled cans sterilization:
This machinery mainly applies to various beverage cans or tin. It will load the cages automatically prior to the second sterilization. First the machine loads the bulked and packed full cans into the sterilization cage by nets chain and separation device. Then through automatic electric trolley cycle track, transmit the cage to the sterilizer to be sterilized. During the whole loading process, the interlayer board comes out and goes up automatically, the sorting , loading, dropping and stopping are all automatic. The machinery taking the place of manually loading method, can save manpower and increase the production efficiency greatly.
