Applications

This product is suitable for power transmission and signal control in the wind power generation equipment. For the special materials and structure, the cable has wonderful characteristics of flexibility and softy so that it can bear frequent twists. Basic properties for the cable are as below:

1. Rated voltage: 450/750v, 0.6/1kv, 1.8/3kv

2. Long-time allowed working temperature: 90°C

3. Minimum bending radius: 5 times of the

diameter of the cable

4. The lowest ambient temperature: -25°C for

common type, -40°C for anti-cold type, -55°C

for anti-freezing type

4.The cable should bear twists under normal temperature and low temperature conditions.

5.Cables for offshore wind power

equipment should be resistant to salt mist.

6.Cable sheath should pass oil-resistant

test stipulated in GBT2951.21 or EN60811-2-1.

7.Burning test: it shall meet the single vertical

burning test stipulated in; the uncarbonized part shall not be less than 50mm in length.

8.Oil-immersed test: after being immersed in the oil solution at 100°C for 24h, its tensile strength variation shall not be more than 40%, and the variation of its elongation at break shall not be more than 40%.

9.Water-immersed capacity test: after the test, compared to the capacity on the first day, the increase percentage of the capacity on the fourteenth day shall not be more than 15%; compared to the capacity on the seventh day, the increase percentage of the capacity on the fourteenth day shall not be more than 5%.
