The self-regulation heating cable is a special cable that can adjust heating power automatically so as to maintenance the medium temperature with the changing of ambient temperature changing. It has properties of easy in-stallation, heating uniformity, long serve life, explosion-resistance and fire-resistance, and operation all day. It’s used in petroleum,chemical,electric power,metallurgy,airports,pharmaceutical,chemical,food,machinery,and other
departments which need heat, such as pipes, valves, tanks,reaction towers and other devices.
Application characteristics
Standard Color:Black,red,brown;
Temperature range:Maximum maintenance temperature is 65℃,
Maximum surface temperature is 70℃,
Maximum bearing temperature is 105℃;
The minimum installation temperature is -40℃;
Thermal stability:After circulation for 1000 times for 22 days,cable heat is maintained at 90% and above;
Bending radius:At 20℃:12.7mm At -30℃:35.0mm
Insulation Resistance:If the ambient temperature is 75℃,test for 1min in 2500VDC,the insulation resistance is 100 MΩ at least.
Operating voltage:12V、24V、36V、110V、220V、380V；
Outpower@10℃:10、15、25、45W/m.
