BD312 is used for extending IR signals of 12 Electronics Devices. With 3 IR Receiver, one IR receiver can be placed in the hall and the other receiver can be placed in the rooms to achieve the sharing of same AV Equipments.
Remote Control from the room is achievable if the AV cable from TVs ( Room ) is connected to the Player/ Appliance ( Hall ). ( I.e Sharing a Player/ Appliances to watch in different rooms )
