This machine is the main equipment in mineral dressing plants, for grading ore pulp size; it is also used for desliming, dewatering and other works in sand washing. It’s divided to single spiral and double spirals; according the difference of spiral’s depth in overflow surface, it’s divided to high weir type and sinking typeSpiral Grader has 4 types, high-dam single spiral, high-dam double spiral, submerged single spiral and submerged double spiral. It is widely used in beneficiation plants for classifying mineral sand with ball mill to form closed cycle, in gravity beneficiation plant for classifying mineral sand and fine mud, in the process of metal beneficiation for granularity classifying of ore magma and ore washing process for desliming and dewatering. It has the features of simple structure, reliable operation, and convenient operation.

The working principle of the grader is that different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom and discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe. The base of the machine adopts a channel steel and the body adopts welded steel plate. The water inlet of spiral axle and axle head adopt pig iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation. The lifting equipment has two types, manual control and electric control.
