The microfiber material which is made from Dacron and Nylon with a proportion of 7 : 3 displays a structure similar to orange petals. Its surface produces tiny hairs touching as powers. Such products are mainly used to wipe the mirrors of LCE apparatuses and super mirrors.
Description of Characteristics:
1. The fabric is woven of microfiber material, strictly avoiding missing or wrong interweaving, with a structure of 8 or 12 continuous petals.
2. The high cleanliness and refinement of the fabric during its weaving procedures define its good fundamental characteristics, including, oil or water absorption and static resistance etc.
3. laser cut effectively prevents its four edges from wearing away.
4. Laundering in 18 M Ω super pure water by professional Cleanroom equipments insures its top clean room class and free of remained substance.
5. The products are laundered and double packaged in a Class 100 Cleanroom laundry.
The wiping methods are listed as below:
1.Multi-shaving effect:
A polyester thread can be divided into hundreds of microfiber threads, so that microfiber wipers have much more shaving effects than polyester wipers.
2.Ide-contact effect:
For polyester wipers, the high curl degree of surface lead to the relatively small touching area with objects, however, for microfiber wipers, the curl degree of their soft surface, similar to silk, is low enough to make the typical Ide-contact effect.
3.Inner-trap effect:
Wipers made of microfiber material can easily absorb contamination remains and then remove them through the tiny pipes in surface, thus called Inner-trap effect, which will prevent remains from staying on the surface, so that they will not hurt very delicate apparatus.
