Typical features of a Gemifill GR-R filling installation:
- 2-Step filling process (coarse and fine flow) of single ingredients or formulations (max. number of individual components depends on the smallest can / bucket size).
- Product feed by means of a pump or based on gravity.
- Batch controller with self-learning parameters (e.g. coarse and fine flow shutoff points, weighing tolerances etc.)
- Stepless electric height adjustment (Y direction) with push button on the switch board enables fillings in cans, drums & containers with different heights.
- Stepless pneumatic adjustment in X & Z direction makes it possible to fill e.g 4 cans that are placed on a pallet.
- Up to 3 scales in the range between 15 & 6.000 kg can be connected to the system.
- Non-explosion proof as well as explosion proof executed.
