The modular connector-system is specifically designed for applications in extreme environmental conditions. It provides high flexibility in limited space, less wiring and is easy to service and maintain. The modular design enables a combination of power supply, high-voltage, pneumatic, fibre-optics, Profibus, Ethernet a.o. signaltransmissions, data- and control signals in a single application customized IP65 connector housing. Main areas of application are robotic systems and facilities, materialhandling equipment, control panels and PLC-systems, packaging machinery and facilities, assembly-, molding and line machinery and facilities, welding and tool machinery and facilities aswell as construction and mining machinery and facilities. The increasing variety of connector-modules and the use of small sized housings also enable applications in analytical laboratory-equipment, health care-, measuring- and testing-equipment, laser- and lightingtechnologies and others.
