Before using, charge 12-14 hours for the first use or low power.
When it wanted to be used as a normal flashlight, slide the dual function switch on lighting position to use as a normal flashlight . It doesn't matter whether the safty plug is inserted in or not.
When it wanted to be used as a stun gun, slide the dual function switch on shocking position,insert the safety plug then press the bottom you will see and hear an electrical discharging between the two electrodes. Please be cautious on two pieces of metal patch beside the head of unit,which are parts of shocking electrodes.
Detach the safty plug and cover the bottoms if you do not use it for long time.
The protective string must be worn on hand. In case the unit is being taken away.
