PET is Polyethylene Terephthalate. Some common trade names are Ertalyte(r) and Ensitep(r). It has no center line porosity, very good chemical resistance, and low moisture absorption. This makes it an alternative to Nylon or Delrin in certain applications. Some other key properties are:
