Specific design and color is available on prior demand.^#CARE & MAINTENANCE^$The decorative surface may be cleaned with warm water and mild soaps, such as those used for hands or dishes. Do not use cleansers which contain abrasives, acids or alkalis; they will damage thw decornative surface. Remove stubborn stains with a 2 - minute exposure to hypochlorite bleach, followed by a clean water rinse.

We recommend that you not allow any of the following reagents to remain in contact with the decorative surface:^#WARRANTY^$Sagunl Group of Companies warrants that, under normal use and service, the material and workmanship of its products shall conform to the standars set forth on the applicable technical data sheet for a period of one year from the data of sale to the first customer purchaser. Dealers and distributors are provided with the technical data sheets which contain specific standards of performance for the products.^#The Warranty applies only to produc^$1. This warranty is non transferable. And expire upon the resale or transfer by the first consumer purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to defects or damages arising from of the following

A. Accidents, abuse or misuse.

B. Exposure to extreme temperature.

D. Improper maintenance.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, under no circumstance shall the manufacturer be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product or for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No fabricator, installer, dealer,agent or employee of Sagunl Group Of Companies has the authority to modify the obligations or limitation of this warranty.^#PROCESS DETAILS^$Phenol & Formaldehyde are taken in M.S. Jacketed vessel and polymeric resin of Phenol Formaldehyde is made. Similarly Melamine Formaldehyde resin is made in s.s. jacketed vessels. These resin are very viscous so it is diluted by adding solvent (i.e.Methanol). Kraft Paper is impregnated with Phenol formaldehyde resin in 3 - zone drier machine and are store separately. Base paper and overlay tissue is impregnated with Melamine Formaldehyde resin in 2 - zone drier Machine and are stored in A/C room under controlled climatic condition. Overlay tissue, Base paper and Krafts are taken in assembly section for making laminate assembly. These assemblies are then put into individual daylights of multi Trrimed by hydraulic press with the help of loading unloading system. The raw laminated sheet is then Trrimed by means of circular saw. Its back side is roughened by putting it in sanding machine. These sheets are the taken for inspection and gradation is done. It is then segregated and wrapping and packing is done or individual sheet. These sheets are then ready for dispatch. It is put into warehouse from where it goes to consumer.^#
