SLM series are used for Level limit detection of fine free flowing solids including very low density and pneumatically conveyed medium, powders, plastic chips, cement, sand, sugar, food grains etc.
It is for switching off conveyors when the vessel is full, to avoid overflow and for indicating an empty tank in good time to avoid production stoppage.
It is also used for applications requiring the processing different type of materials in same vessel.
For detecting level of granular material submerged in liquids of low viscosity, like sand, gravel plastic chips under water.
