All items are in very good condition. We open and check each and every item to make sure they work, or if they are in good shape. All clothes item are new to like new condition unless specified in auction listing. All undergarments are new and have been carefully inspected and are sold only if in new condition. We highly recommend laundering all apparel items before wearing. I will note any defects in the item. There is no refund on this item, unless I miss a defect and didn't put it in the description.
