We have the following precision equipment: 3 sets of CNC machine, including one set of KAFO 1500 with Fujitsu controller, its travel: 1500X1000X800mm, two sets of FEELER FV800 with MITSUBISHI updated controller 520,its travel: 850X550X500mm; these CNC can process with the liner angle; 6 sets of EDM, all are imported from Taiwan; The largest one with max travel 500X400X400,these machines have the capability to process the mold parts with max 10 stages according to different customer requirements; 5 sets of Wire-cut, 13 sets of Milling machine, 2 sets of Grinding machine, 2 sets of Lathe, 2 sets Drill press, 1 set Check apparatus etc. In our injecting workshop, we also have 8 sets of Injection machine.
