ContactXchange� is an Outlook com add-in (usually) for Exchange users which automatically makes a tied copy of a private contact (the source) and duplicates it in the public folder (destination). When any changes are made to the source, it immediately updates the destination, and any changes to the destination copy are synchronized back to the source when requested.

The 争ource� Contact folder may be your PRIVATE server-side Contact folder or a pst Contact folder. The 窃estination� Contact folder may be any Private or Public contact folder on your Exchange server or another Contact folder within the same pst folder or delegated Exchange server-based Contact folder.
