Hangzhou Padlocks Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was set up on October 5th, 1994 in Fuyang city, from where it takes only half an hour's ride to Hangzhou --- capital city of Zhejiang Province, China. With the increasingly fierce domestic industry competition at the end of last century, we began to set our aim at international markets, which is proved a foresighted decision, as most of our padlocks now are for exportation.
