Cyanuric Acid (or Isocyanuric Acid or CYA) is white crystal solid powder or granular, non-toxic and odorless. CYA is widely used for the stabilization of available chlorine swimming pool water treatment, and also as starting compound for the synthesis of many organic derivatives. Another major application is for the production of Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate Acid and Trichloroisocyanuric Acid.
