PET PREFORM MOLDS FOR BOTTLES, CAPS AND OTHER PLASTIC MOLDS
At Mega Machinery, the PET preform mold is our main product, and we know how to optimize our PET preform molds. We adopt an advanced custom hot runner system and high quality steels. The hot runner ensures uniform melt flow and pressure in all cavities and also forms less AA level. Also, Mega Machinery provides powerful digital modeling tools and experienced design teams for a variety of injection molds. During manufacture, we have adopted world first rate CAD, CAM technology and advanced machinery to ensure high quality.
AUTOMATIC STRETCH BLOW MOLDING MACHINES
At Mega Machinery, we have four series of automatic blow moulding machines - the MG-PET series, MG-HR heat resistant series, MG-S series and MG-PP series.
MG-S REHEAT SERIES BOTTLE BLOW MOLDING MACHINE
MG-S series automatic stretch blow molding machine is designed on the base of MG-PET series stretch blow molding machine. Compared with the MG series, MG-S series separate the baking tunnel and blowing unit with a result of speedy blowing and higher output. As a linear stretch blow molding machine, its blowing speed can be measured up to the international standard with the capacity of 1500BPH with one cavity and 4500BPH with four cavities.

MG-PET STRETCH BLOW MOLDING MACHINES
The MG-PET series PET stretch blow moulding machine is suited for small and five-gallon sized bottles. The most popular model in this series is the MG-3000; it fits to blow a wide variety of mineral water bottles, edible oil bottles, and detergent bottles made of PET and PE. This series has a unique preform feeding system and bi-oriented blowing technology. It is the key to shaping high quality bottles.
MG-HR HEAT RESISTANT STRETCH BLOW MOLDING MACHINES
MG-HR heat resistant series PET heat resistant stretch blow molder is presented for hot fill bottles, such as fruit juices, isotonic drinks and tea. PET heat resistant blow moulding machines are special designed according to the effect on PET material. HR series adopts multiple blowing steps to reduce the level of residual stress.
Thanks the ideas of our president Mr. Cai Yuansen, hot fill bottles are able to with stand temperatures ranging from 90蚓 (hot fill bottles stored before filling) up to 100蚓 (blowing and filling in line) without any deformation at all. This is an incredible success in the hot-filling beverage domain.
MG-PP STRETCH BLOW MOULDING MACHINES
MG-PP series PP stretch blow moulding machine is dedicated to the production of pharmaceutical packaging and high temperature hot-fillable heat resistant bottles.
Today PP is used widely for pharmaceutical packaging, where PP's chemical resistance and suitability for steam sterilization prove a winning combination. At Mega Machinery, after two-years' testing on PP, the second generation of PP blow molder is presented. According to the properties of PP material, the specialized preform oven makes sure of the quality when shaping bottles.
