Labels are produced using satin or taffeta with a width ranging from 10 - 200 mm and upto 12 colors per label. We have broad loom and needle loom weaving machines. The type of weaving are used to determine the quality of your label, which can either be single shuttle or double shuttle and high definition damask. Labels can have the embossed effect as well and can be with adhesive backing or iron-on backing. Type of finish available are fused cut, roll form, end fold, center fold, mitre fold, embossing, with yarn injection and die cut or laser/ultrasonic cut.
