• WLT1000 Flexible Grphite Sheet&Roll
• Flexible graphite roll (sheet) is made from flake graphite with high carbon content which is gone through chemical treatment, expanding under high temperature and then rolling. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good elasticity, and is the basic material for making all kinds of reinforced graphite sheets, graphite tapes, packing and sealing gaskets. Working temperature:-200~650慢 (in air), -200~3000慢 (in non-oxidizing media).
• WLT1020 Reinforced Graphite Sheet
• WLT1020 Reinforced Graphite Sheet is flexible graphite sheet laminate with one flat stainless steel 316 insertion. The thickness of the stainless steel 316 is 0.05 mm. The graphite sheet is fixed to the insertion by means of a super adhesive layer. This reinforcement makes for a sturdy gasket sheet that is easy to handle, and simple to process into gaskets.
• WLT1030 Reinforced Graphite Sheet
• WLT1030 Reinforced Graphite Sheet is flexible graphite sheet laminate with one flat stainless steel 304 insertion. The thickness of the stainless steel 304 is 0.05 mm. The graphite sheet is fixed to the insertion by means of a super adhesive layer. This reinforcement makes for a sturdy gasket sheet that is easy to handle, and simple to process into gaskets.
• WLT1040 Reinforced Graphite Sheet
• Flexible graphite sheet reinforced with a single insertion of tanged 0.10 mm thick 316 stainless steel. No adhesive is required to bond the graphite layers as the graphite material is fixed to the insert by small, sharp teeth, resulting in a sturdy gasket material which is relatively easy to process and handle.
• WLT1060 Reinforced Graphite Sheet
• Flexible graphite sheet reinforced with a single insertion of tanged 0.20 mm to 0.25mm thick carbon steel. No adhesive is required to bond the graphite layers as the graphite material is fixed to the insert by small, sharp teeth, resulting in a sturdy gasket material which is relatively easy to process and handle.
