Our remote surveillance / security cameras are completely stand alone devices which means that you do not need any computers at the camera site for normal operation. Of course, you still need a computer to browse the camera site, but this computer you are using to browse the camera site can be anywhere around the world!
The cameras also have security functions like motion detection or trigger input and output connectors for external sensors or alarms to use the cameras not only for remote surveillance, but for security purposes as well. Upon trigger of the camera, users can have the option to record triggered images to any computer around the world, or even email the triggered images to a pre-set email account for later browsing. This is a wonderful function for those DIY users!
