1. Filtration material of ceramic particles
a. It has the features of symmetrical granularity, high strength, porous surface, complicated net inside, solidification-resistant, strong absorption and long lift-span;
b. It has the features of suitable bulk density, equal interface, easy reverse washing, low consumption of reverse washing, low water consumption, low loss of the pressure head, easily fall-off aging film, jam resistance and material waste protection during reverse washing. It has prevented the faults of the difficult control and material loss during reverse washing.
c. We use good particle diameter mixture, which makes our filtration material of ceramic particles has the features of strong dirt treatment ability, high usage efficiency of filtration materials, slower loss of water pressure head, longer running period and bigger water generation.
d. The speed of filtration in the pool of ceramic particles can reach 16m/h with 24hrs plus working period, water generating volume during the period of 800-1000³/m². Based on practical experience, ability of dirt treatment of filtration material of ceramic particle is 1.5~ 2 times as quartz sand filtration material.
