The Best Liner Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 with a capitalization of NT$5 million.
The core business of the company was the manufacture of strip mold cup hardware as well as tooling required for injection molding and LED production. In 1994 Best Liner Enterprise Co., Ltd. set up in China U-Point Machinery & Mould (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd (U-POINT MACHINERRY & MOULD.,(SHEN ZHEN) CO.,Ltd)with a capitalization of HK$2.5 million. It has a factory with over 200 workers, and has achieved ISO 9001:2000 TUV certification (Certificate No. 04100 2005 6211 E4). It also has a very comprehensive set of mold tooling and specifications, with a monthly output of over one million units.
