Danny and Hudson Inc. was established in 1979 by Mr. Danny Ho at the age of 22. At that time all of our sales were domestic, and the brand name "MAY-DER" was used. In 1987 the Kaoshiung office was founded and DATABANK was adopted as our exporting brand. In 1988 our Taichung ofice and International Trading Department was founded for supplying products and parts. In 1989, as our orders and market demand increased we opened our Tong Hsaio Factory which has an area of 4950 square meters. In 1992 our Ching Shui Factory moved to a new 3300 square meter location. The Taichung Head Office was founded in the following year. Our factory in China was inaugurated in 1995. Now, we have over 700 employees in our various locations, and a yearly turnover of US$30,000,000.
