Thermo Plastic Rubber resins such as Santoprene and Kraton are injection molded into soft and flexible parts. This process is usually more economical than vulcanized rubber parts with similar physical characteristics.
Undercuts can be molded without complex molds. Common uses are gaskets, bumper pads, anti-skid feet for products, watch bands, etc.
