J2M Series double-housing machining center with fixed crossbeam (CNC double-housing milling-boring machine with fixed crossbeam) is a middle-level large CNC machine developed by Jinan No. 2 Machine-Tool Group Co., Ltd. (J2MC) based on many kinds of large and heavy CNC machines co-produced by J2MC and Forest-Line Co., France. All its main structure has a double-housing frame with a movable table and a fixed crossbeam, which is suitable for accurate machining of various kinds of plate, box and frame type workpieces and dies. It can do many kinds of machining such as milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping in one setting up of a workpicec. It can machine 5 surfaces of a workpiece and do 3-coordinate machining of a sophisticated part if equipped with proper milling attachments.
