Features
- Automatic coloring:
- The master-batch dosing with your virgin resin is performed at the machine hopper automatically. It is necessary to have pre-colored or for your workers to pre-mix your resin. This gives you a saving of manpower, resin, stock cost & keeps your working environment clean.
- Exact mixing:
- The MF mixes & doses master-batch, additives , free flowing powders, regrind & virgin resin exactly ensuring consistant & accurate mixing which results better quality of product & less material wastage.
- Design features:
- The MF consists of four basic parts: Four station feed throat adaptor, main body, hopper & electrical control box. It is possible to five different materials with our special four station feed throat adaptor.
- The MF is equipped with an electromatic brake motor which stops the motor instantly the dosing impulse signal is completed. The motor feedback control is operated by the tacho-generator which is not influenced by variations. This gives the utmost accuracy of dosing
- The Speed Adjuster is fitted with a digital RPM meter for ease of use.
- The MF has a test slide at the end of main body to enable you to test the master-batch output weight at your desired setting (i.e. the dosing capacity in grams per machine shot).
- Special dump device for emptying material from hopper for color or material changes.
- The main body is made of cast aluminum with the dosing-cylinder & dosing-screw being made from chrome steel. Both dosing-cylinder & dosing -screw fare easily changed over.
