Our fully computerized casemsking machine is completely set from the touch screen at the feed unit, Once the size of corrugated case is type into the feed unit, print units, and slot & crease section are all set by motorized shafts. The setting time is controlled by the ink washdown and the stereo replacement, which on average is less than three minutes. The standard feed unit is suction assist and the amount of suction can be adjusted to accommodate warped board. The rubber coated feed rolls are spring loaded to reduce the damage to the board calliper. Also featured is a skip feed function to increase the size of blank by over 50%.
