HONG JI's new Deep-Hole Drilling Machine, CNC ST-3000. With drilling capacity from ø5mmto ø40mm and the max. drilling length 3000mm, this bed type of machine is suitable for drilling water line of big plastic moulds, oil channel of spindle sleeve for heavy-duty turning machine and parts of hydraulic press machine. All axes are harden slide ways made by cast iron and done surface hardness to HRC52 to offer a stable performance as drilling big holes with3000mm length. Equipped with high-precision Germany bearings in spindle to offer stable spindle rotation to 6000RPM. Dimension of worktable is 3000x1000mm and be loaded 20tons components owing to200mm width of harden slide way of X-axe. 2 meters width of main column and two sub-columns to support Y-axe movement, hence, still processing is the same stable as drilling holes in high position of component. Features
- CNC ST-3000 with CNC and 3-axis is designed for drilling big size molds and irregular components.
- This type machine is suitable for the production of waterlines, heat and ejector pin holes of injection molds, hydraulic manifold and heat-exchangers which require multi hole drilling.
- Servo motor and Ball screw are used for the feed mechanism to insure smooth and convenience for feed rate adjust.
- Hardened and ground main slide ways to hardness HRC 52. The opposite ways and gibes are all Turcite-B plated with hand scraped bearing surface.
- Automatic lubrication pump is provided as standard accessory to ensure all bearing surface and screws are well lubricated.
