The deep hole drilling machine designed as bed type is casting constructed for manufacturing injection hole or coolant hole for moulds or plastic moulds. The machine can also meet your need of producing quality engine blocks or other components for aerospace. This machine has 4 axis for ranges of drilling capacitiy, and the drilling length is at maximum 1200mm for various applications. Features
- CNC ST-1200 with CNC and 4-axis is designed for drilling big size molds and irregular components.
- The construction of CNC ST-1200 is all made by Cast iron.
- Worktable is with X-axis and W-axis. The function of Cross-moving of table let set up the component become a easy and quick step, reduce the lead time of job.
- This type machines are suitable for the production of waterlines, heat and ejector pin holes of injection molds, hydraulic manifold and heat-exchangers which require multi hole drilling.
- Hardened and ground main slide ways to hardness HRC52. The opposite ways and gibes are all Turcite-B plated with hand scraped bearing surface.
- Automatic lubrication pump is provided as standard accessory to ensure all bearing surface and screws are well lubricated.
