Access Technology Company (hereinafter abbreviated as ATC) was founded in 2002 as a subsidiary of Hong Kong Nylon Enterprises Ltd. that has been established since 1972 to provide and market industrial machineries such as plastics injection molding machinery, injection stretch blow molding and plastic related processing auxiliary equipments, etc. throughout Hong Kong and Greater China region.

Since its formation it has continued to grow and develop. Access Technology Company is headquartered in Hong Kong, and has offices and research and development facility throughout China and the United States. It strives to be recognized in the industry as the leader in the development and marketing of augmented personal navigation product (PND) and related GPS products.

Its business engages in the design, manufacture, and marketing of portable augmented personal navigation product (PND) and related software, hardware, peripherals, and integrated multimedia and wireless communication system with related accessories and services including online distribution of GPS navigation maps software. It also designs and develops OEM, ODM and customization works for clients under special arrangement.
