Shandong Guangtong Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 as a private enterprise, located in the industrial field of Changyi City, Shandong Province, which is approximately 100 miles southeast of Qingdao City. Covering an area of about 220,000 square meters, our total property of the factory covers almost 77 acres which provide ample space for further expansion.

We have registered capital of RMB16 million and invested more than RMB230 million totally to acquire the newest and modern wheels manufacturing equipment, including cornering fatigue testing stations, several high standard of spinning machines, 4 lines of advanced American numerical control production lines for steel inner-tubeless cartwheels and 2 lines of German technical spoke production lines, as well as 1 line of international advanced cathode electrophoresis line and a full auto-static power spray line. We hold the annual output of 3 million sets of steel inner-tubeless cartwheels for buses, trucks, cars and tow trucks. Our goal is to get 12 lines of numerical control production lines for cartwheels, 6 lines for spokes, 2 lines for cathode electrophoresis till the year of 2008, by then, our annual output will be up to 10 million.

We have become the major industrial center for wheel manufacturing and assembled a professional team of technical and engineering personnel to design and manufacture variety of wheels based on international standard following the guideline by the TRA and the ETRTO manual as well as the S.A.E and the ISO TS16949 quality system.
