SIFANG PCD is produced by advanced high temperature and ultra-high pressure techniques. Well selected diamond powders are sintered together in the presence of a metal binder such that strong bonding between the diamond grains occurs, to give hard, abrasion resistant blanks that have the high thermal conductivity of natural diamond with a toughness approaching that of tungsten carbide.
