In 2007,SHENLONG started to develop heavy-duty hexagonal gabion machine.The net produced by this machine has various mesh specification. And by using the simplest structure ,we achieved making 3 and 5 twisting veins of wire mesh(or 2 and 3 twists). The wire mesh are mainly used for producing gabions and as protecting fences, and things like that. And they are also applied for conservation of dikes and dams works, irrigation works construction, prevention of floods, or to produce obstruction guard for all industries, keel of reinforced concrete used for construction. In September 2010, at the base of old-fashioned heavy-duty hexagonal gabion machine, SHENLONG successfully developed mesh-alterable CNC gabion machine, which can make 4 types of wire mesh:hexagon,half-hexagon,square,triangle, and can do any twisting numbers,and has not been seen before in China domestic and even abroad. The mesh-alterable CNC gabion machine achieves to adjust the mesh specification and insert the center wire automatically without making springs and as a result saved a lot of human work.
SHENLONG began to develop large size filtering machine in 2007 then invented the Seal-pot Suction Filtering machine with cord chain transmission which is a pioneer product in the world. This machine has a very high efficient filtering effect and speed by abandoning the disadvantage of the old-fashioned filtering machine,like obstruction problem of the rubber transmission belt, lots of wear and tear, transmission problem, bad filtering effect etc. At the base of this type, we developed some new relative filtering machine like pressure filtering machine and double-layer filtering machine. All of them have gained lots of honors form a lot of chemical factories and coal mine companies.
