Established in 1969, Mei Shual was the first in Taiwan to develop the color series products which caused quite a sensation and started the Taiwan cosmetics exportation era. We have 8 divisions: planning, design , quality assurance, prescription, packing, sales and various specialists for integral operations from design to production. Our plant is 10,000 square meters. We have more than 200 types of products that are in compliance with FDA and EEC regulations.
