Shanghai Kehua Diagnostic Medical Products Co., Ltd was founded in Oct 2007. In Sep 2015, it is approved officially renamed Lingen Precision Medical Products (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, which is a high-tech enterprise with R&D、production and
marketing of medical devices. Its registered capital is RMB 60 million, the company owns 8,600 square meters as office building and 13,400 square meters as factory building which meets the demand of GMP (laboratory covers 4,900 square meters inside). Research and Innovation center is established with central laboratory and testing center. The company becomes a new-emerging industry base for medical devices with six main product lines gradually formed: Specimen Collection Systems; Genetic Testing Reagents and Consumables; Assisted Reproductive Products; Specimen Pretreatment System; POCT Reagents and Special Equipments Manufacturing.
There is more than 100 staff working here, 30% of them are senior technicians. In 2011, it obtained project of Bio-medical Industrialization from Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. In 2012, project of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund for SMEs was won, also project of key investment in high-tech industrialization from Songjiang District was established. The company was identified as the national high-tech enterprise in 2011, and passed the review in 2014. In 2015, we are officially identified as Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Cultivate Enterprise.
In 2015, Shenzhen Changhong Technology Co., Ltd (CHT) acquires the shares held by Shanghai Kehua Bio-engineering Co., Ltd by transfer of property rights and constantly increases the investment. It makes the company from single vacuum blood collection tube manufacturing enterprise gradually become as a high quality medical devices manufacturer mainly with precision medical products.
