Puchuan Technology is a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Program that integrates R&D, production, sales and service of intelligent motor control products and complete sets of devices. In 1984, the State Economic Commission approved the introduction of Toshiba inverter technology from Dalian Electric Motor Factory to start the industrialization of Chinas inverters. In 1994, Puchuan inverters were sold in China, and in 2001, Dalian Puchuan Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Over 30 years of development, it has formed a multi-wing national service network centered on Dalian and Shenzhen and Wuxi, Chengdu, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Shijiazhuang, Qingdao, and Shenyang.
