LZPC building system is a modularity and modularization prefabricated concrete building structure system with independent intellectual property rights, developed by Hebei Lijian Lizhu Integrated Building Co., Ltd. and Tsinghua University Architectural Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. The above-ground parts of the buildings are all installed in factory prefabricated field, and the mechanical connections of various structural components are bolts, which belong to the fully assembled prefabricated concrete structure system constructed by dry method. At present, the system has obtained 6 national invention patents and 13 utility model patents.
