Luo Yang Power Equipment Plant founded in 1971, is specialized in manufacturing middle or small type of power station turbine, turbo-generator sets and diesel generator sets, with the "shuguang" trade name.
The main products of the plant is divided into 5 series of turbine (less than 12,000 kW) and 2 series of turbo-generator and 12-500kw series of diesel generator sets.
